MeatStreak is built privacy-first. The short version: your data never leaves your iPhone.
With your permission, MeatStreak reads weight, step count, sleep and workouts from Apple Health to show your progress and power reminders. If you log a weigh-in manually, MeatStreak saves it to Apple Health. Your daily checklist state is stored locally on your device.
Nothing. The MeatStreak app has no accounts, no analytics SDKs, no tracking, and no backend. All health data is processed on-device only. We never see, transmit, store or sell any of your data.
meatstreak.com uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits — it is cookie-free, collects only aggregated statistics (page views, referrers, country), and does not track or identify individual visitors. If you request the free 7-day plan or contact support, we receive the email address you submit; it is used only to deliver the plan or answer your question, and is never sold or shared.
Health data is accessed only through Apple's HealthKit framework with your explicit permission, used solely to provide app functionality, and never used for advertising or shared with third parties. You can revoke access anytime in Settings → Privacy & Security → Health.
Subscriptions are processed by Apple. We receive no payment details. Manage or cancel anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
Delete the app and all locally stored checklist data is removed. Health samples written by MeatStreak can be deleted in the Apple Health app under Browse → Body Measurements → Weight → Data Sources.
Questions: use the support form on meatstreak.com — privacy questions are answered by the developer personally.
